Dr.R is very personable. She has great bedside manner, detailed explanations, and thoroughly examines you from a human perspective. I never feel like a number, but like family. I will say that the staff when coming in is hit or miss. Check in is easy, but the lady who called me to the back, and checked my vitals was very dry. She must have been having a bad day. You could tell she didn't want to be there and this was just a job. She had No personality and focused only on getting me weighed, temperature, and quickly running through your medications. If she would slow down, it may help avoid any errors of confirming which medication I no longer take. She was very rushed, then I waited maybe 10-15 minutes for Dr.R to come in. There were no kleenex in the room either. Doctor is amazing! Check in was not so great, check out was easier. The staff leaving was professional and at least greeted me pleasantly.

Took her time and listened to all of my concerns
