Dr. Mahmood Reza Kazemi

I have been a patient of Dr. Kazemi's since 2007 and I love him. On my second visit, I was diagnosed with Diabetes, and was devastated. Dr. Kazemi, was extremely patient with me, and followed up with a phone call after I'd returned home - just to see how I was doing. This was just the start of an excellent relationship. Dr Kazemi is very intelligent and professional, but also fun, caring, patient and considerate. He always takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions, and he remembers my case from visit to visit. Dr. Kazemi and his staff are very responsive to phone calls and when I email, I generally receive a response within a few hours. Through Dr. Kazemi, I have been referred to two other extraordinary specialists. I would highly recommend Dr. Kazemi to anyone seeking an Endocrinologist. I wish every doctor were more like him.

As a diabetic he managed my blood sugar which was completely out of control to having it controlled within six months. He spent a great deal of time with me, emails me frequently to check up on my prognosis and is genuinely kind and very caring. He has given me samples and helped get my diet under control. Also he has taught me what it means to have diabetes and have quality in my life with the diabetes. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!!! He has changed my life for the best!!!!

Having a good doctor is a major factor in becoming healthier. I'm glad to say that my mom found one by the name of Dr. Mahmood Kazemi. He makes my mom feel comfortable and he always makes our doctor visits a pleasure! His staff is great as well with follow ups and processing paperwork. It's not often one can find an intelligent, compassionate, and personable doctor, and we're glad we did! I highly recommend Dr. Kazemi from Tri Valley Endocrinology!

There's not enough wonderful words I can say about Dr. Kazemi and his staff. His office is some miles from where I live, but it's so worth the drive. I feel as if I'm his only patient because of the attention I get during my appointments, and even after hours! Dr. Kazemi calls me personally and answers my emails promptly (within 5 minutes or less). My health has been challenging, but knowing I have Dr. Kazemi and his staff to take care of me is quite reassuring! Knowing I may have to move in the future will be heartbreaking, because that would mean not having Dr. Kazemi as my Endocrinologist. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Kazemi, for he's truly one of the best!

I had the good fortune of being referred to Dr. Kazemi by my primary care physician to gain better control of my diabetes. He started me on a new medication during our first visit and my blood sugars have been at goal ever since! He is very knowledgeable and caring and his staff are very polite and great with follow up. Highly recommended!

I agree with the previous reviewer who said this doctor is the best in the East Bay! I have never met a more caring and thoughtful physician and I unfortunately have to see a great number of physicians due to several health issues. His office staff are also very polite and prompt with follow up. My experience has been that they do return phone messages usually the same day and are always informative and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Kazemi but don't be surprised if you need to wait to see him - he is in high demand!

I think Dr. Kazemi is probably a good doctor but his staff is really bad. It is impossible to reach them over the phone. I have only reached voicemail in my 20+ phone calls to the office. Sometimes they return the call within 24 hours but most times it takes longer. They never bothered to call back with my test results. I have to call up each time to find out.Also I confirmed multiple times before my apt if my lab results had reached the office and they said yes. But when I went for my apt, they made me wait over 30 mins because they said they did not have the lab results.They did not send my paperwork to the hospital in time and I had to reschedule the biopsy. The hospital and I tried reaching them multiple times (voicemail each time) to get the necessary paperwork but they did not even respond.

I wish more doctors were as thorough, patient and caring as Dr. Kazemi. After seeing him, I was confident I was in good hands, he even followed up with me regarding my test results and conducted a thorough investigation of what my issues may be a result of. I highly recommend Dr. Kazemi

Would be great if all doctor's were like Dr. Kazemi. Listens, patient, caring, knowledgeable, efficient, excellent follow-up. Staff polite and efficient.
