Dr. Mahmood Abbas Niaraki, MD

Dr. Niaraki is the best. We owe our beautiful son to him. He is courteous, caring, and professional. He is a bit conservative with his treatments, preferring to keep med doses low at first, and starting with noninvasive treatments first before rushing into in vitro, which I think is for the best. If you are looking for an aggressive attempt at in vitro right off the bat, look elsewhere. But if you are looking for someone who remembers your name and your situation, who is always happy to see you, who explains everything thoroughly, and who is an excellent guide through the crazy, scary world of infertility, you can do no better than Dr. Niaraki.

Dr. Niaraki is a tremendous guide on the infertility process. He is incredibly knowledgeable, on US and international best practices and studies. He is sensitive, thorough. He asks and answers all the questions you have, and really wants you to suceed. He is a great person and a great doctor. I'm so glad my husband and I found him.

Im 26 years old and went thru my first round of in vitro with Dr. Niaraki. I ended up with only 5 eggs extracted,half of what he expected. Surgeon said ultrasound measurements Niaraki provided showed follicles to be larger than in reality and that it was not surprising given my medication dosage. Obviously was sent for surgery prematurely. Of those 5 eggs, only one was mature enough for insemination. We had one B grade embryo which unfortunately did not implant. Did I mention I'm only 26? Overall process was a fiasco and traumatizing. I will definietly not be returning to Dr. Niaraki for round 2.
