After careful consideration, it has come to my attention that this doctor is not just incompetent but has a heart full of hate and a black soul. If you want good Healthcare run do not walk. This man is evil

I am a 54 year-old quadriplegic. This doctor has dedicated himself to bullying me and nothing else. He is a horrible doctor. Do not go to him. He does not even know any medical anything. He has nothing to offer anyone if you know how to run do not walk this man is a nightmare if he bullies a crippled person what will he do to enable body person or an elderly person? This man is the evil some doctors like Dr. Kevorkian and Dr. Pawai should not have a license to treat anybody this man is the biggest quack, I met

Dr Panjwani is an excellent doctor!

This office is ran by a bunch of misguided confused unreliable workers. It seems like jobs were just handed out to mutual friends or family members so there is no urgency to act in a professional manner to serve the patients. Once you go in most likely you will wait a minimal of 40 minutes after your appointment time to be called back. But heaven forbid you are late to your appointment. The office is a mess of patient charts stacked on top of each other and no one seems to know what they’re doing. The staff could care less to be polite or have some type of care & courtesy when dealing with patients. There is no urgency for patient care. Once you go in the patient room you will be crammed in a tiny exam room where you will wait another 20 minutes for the doctor that will spend maybe 5 minutes with you.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Doctor Mahmood Panjwani is one of few that takes Medicaid so many people are almost stuck going there, however if you have a choice of who to see DO NOT chose to see Doctor Panjwani. The office is in disrepair, the numerous clerks at the front are not pleasant, nor prompt, treat you as though you are putting them out and generally are just rude. Signing in and waiting up to seeing the doctor is at least 45 minutes - of all my appointments not once was he NOT running extremely late. Absolutely no bedside manner and questions every diagnosis in a way to almost make you feel as though you have done something wrong. Getting prescription refills is an all day project and possibly multiple day project - no return phone calls, put on hold, you will be told they faxed it while your pharmacy will let you know they have received nothing creating a vicious cycle that you are stuck in the middle of with the above mentioned not pleasant front desk staff. If you have ABSOLUTELY no other… possible choice of doctors then I wish you luck otherwise I promise you that you will be writing this similar review shortly.

A patient for 10 years & was very happy with Dr. Mahmood Panjwani until the last 4 years. The newer clinic nurses/aides/technicians seem to have an issue with taking vitals especially blood pressure considering they can't seem to apply the pressure cuff properly which causes an inaccurate blood pressure reading. Another huge issue is the clinic not responding to patients & pharmacies concerning prescription fills/refills which patient ends up being without life-saving daily medications & if and when confronted concerning these issues the patient receives a letter by mail stating that Dr. Mahmood Panjwani of Carrollton Texas has dismissed the patient from the clinic. The female that answers the clinic phone refuses to allow the patient to speak with Dr. Panjwani and she will cause a scene when the patient goes into the clinic to find out what is actually going on! This particular clinic employee deserves to lose her job and her certification/license considering she has absolutely no… authority nor the position to deny patients their appointments and/or their prescriptions for their life-saving medications!!! Patient also received harassing phone calls & text messages from someone claiming to be the nurse at Dr. Mahmood Panjwani's clinic as well as claiming the phone number is Dr. Mahmood Panjwani's personal private phone. Another problem is the fact that this female employee also takes it upon herself to change patients prescription medications by changing brand to generic as well as changing the dosages then refuses to allow any form of contact with Dr. Mahmood Panjwani! I will not recommend Dr. Mahmood Panjwani to anyone anymore!!! Clinic employee name is suppose to be Yazmine/Yasmeen
