very pleasant to talk to but do not question his authority, and remember, nice doesn't mean ethical.

I have Been seeing this Dr. for over 4 years now, He is very pleasent and very concerned with his patients, He has worked with me with my problems and has got me on the right medications to help me with my condition, It took several medications trials but he understood and worked with me on the side effects. I would recomend this Dr. to everyone, witch I allready do.

I recently went and seen Dr. Rahman for the first time. I was anxious & afraid he would be like all of the other docs I have seen in the past 3 yrs judgmental, rude, zero bedside manner, uncaring, unapproachable, and just down right wrong in the way to treat a new patient that is obviously suffering why else would I be seeing a psychiatrist? Dr. Rahman is very friendly to say the least, easy to talk to, kind, patient, provided and accurate diagnosis based on my responses, non-judgmental, easy to get into for an appointment & fairly cheap despite not having any medical insurance. I as a patient also have responsibilities regarding my treatment, so in saying that one of the meds he prescribed me I can't take, so I will tell him @ my next appointment why & I know he will work with me in getting me on something that is helpful to my diagnosis. I knew what I was walking out of his office with before I left my first appointment, so there is plenty of time to be upfront and speak your… feelings on what ever he prescribes, just in case you know it will not be helpful. Instead people take what ever out of the office with them and blame the doc later. Truth is if this world had more docs with his attitude and knowledge it would be a better place!!
