We take a special needs imdividual to this doctor. He keeps us waiting over an hour plus everytime. No respect for patients time. If you are late by 15 minutes they cancel on you but yet they keep you waiting. They should pay us for our time.

i have been a patient of Dr Aly for over 15 years and he is truly a professional. Dr Aly is patient and understanding and his staff is remarkable

This idiot has no regard for human life..his staff is no better..should have sued the piece of garbage when i had the chance.. stay away for this place unless ur looking to commit suicide

This was the second time we tried to see the doctor. The first was cancelled because the doctor was tied up in traffic. It took a half hour for them to let us know. The second time we stayed in the reception area after signing in and it was 40 minutes when I finally was able to get one of the receptionists to tell me how long it was going to take. The support staff all hide in the back and don't bother to come out except to check who came in on the list and call them in. After 50 minutes I told them to cancel the appointment and that I was never coming back. Ridiculous. And the sitting area was tight, crammed with chairs and very uncomfortable. That day was hot and it seemed too warm in the room. I believe they overbook the appointments.

Dr Aly has been treating my mother-in -law and he is great. compassionate, caring but very busy. Tina is great and the office manager Ann, run s that place single handed and does an excellant job. You will have a wait here but worth your time

I have been a patient of Dr. Aly for several years. He appears to be thorough and accurate in his diagnosis and treatment. The office staff leaves you questioning why you continue to follow up with Dr Aly. On several occassions I have needed medical diagnosis forms completed for work and disability. The forms are never completed without several requests. On one occassion they charged $50 to complete a form but never completed the form. If you call the office never accept the answer that they will call you back because they won't. When you finally get through to the person you are looking for they claim that they never got the message. Office manager points the blame on the staff, the staff blames the office manager. Dr. Aly needs to replace his entire staff with people who understand the needs of his patients.
