Dr. Mahmoud Ghaderi, DO

Dr. Ghaderi is a wonderful specialist who cares about the wellbeing of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Ghaderi’s expertise in medicine and in God’s healing!! Thank God and thank you Dr. Ghaderi!! May God Bless you and Happy New Year!!

I'm beyond upset right now. I got to the doctor at 4:45 for my 5:00 appointment. we got called back into the office at 7:00 and at that point my phone was dead and I hadn't eaten since 1:30. we waited until 7:30 for this doctor just to tell me I have some mucus in my nose. needless to say we left before the doctor came back because I started getting to the point I wanted to punch a wall

Every visit to this dr 3 hrs or more wait time. And 30 degrees outside and feels like ac is on waiting room freezing.

The office over books patients. Your appointment can be at 5 pm and you will be seen by the doctor at 730pm

As other's have said in reviews, the wait time was a little excessive. With that being said, Dr. Ghaderi gave me his undivided attention and spent as much time as I needed to be seen. I am not so sure that there is an overbooking of patients as much as his willingness to take as long as you need with him. Dr. Ghaderi answered any and all of my questions and was very kind. He was very knowledgable and I felt that he didn't just hear me, but listened to what I was saying instead of just rushing in and out of the room. He took the time to explain in detail what he meant and what treatment options I had and set realistic expectations for next steps. He really made me feel at ease and confident in his suggestions for treatment. Each one of the staff members I encountered were all very helpful and kind. The ladies at the front desk were bubbly and very willing to help with anything. I got an allergy test done and the nurse performing the test, Karen, was super knowledgable and had great… patience for my billion questions. I also had a hearing test and while I didn't catch her name, the woman that administered the test was very straightforward and helpful as well. Throughout the process of having these tests, Dr. Ghaderi was actively seeing other patients but made certain to check in with me as he moved from room to room. He also made sure to check in with me before I left to ensure that I wasn't having any negative reactions to the allergy test. I was written out a few prescriptions and was advised by Dr. Ghaderi that if any of them were too expensive to simply call and he would have it changed. One of them turned out to be fairly pricy so I called this morning and very easily had this changed to a generic version. The woman at the front desk quickly called my pharmacy and requested the change. Overall great experience

Didn't even see him because I waited 3 HOURS ! It's a zoo in his office and I will not be back! Other patients were complaining also. Don't go to this man!!

Have been going to this doctor for the past two years but no longer. Worst ENT. Overbooks patients so that wait time is AT LEAST an hour. Some appointments we waited over two hours to see this doctor for less than a five minute visit. Called Springfield Hospital to complain and was told he is not affiliated with the hospital but only rents space there. Was also told they receive MANY complaints about Dr. Ghaderi--overbooking and long wait times being the #1 concern for most complaints. It's shameful as he deals with a lot of our "fragile" individuals as he is one of the few doctors that accepts their insurance.

I read the reviews about this doctor online but didn't really believe it. A 2 hour waiting period before seeing any doctor? I didn't believe it. But I did when I experienced it. This office overbooks patients. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment so that I could fill out any forms that were needed. Then I waited. During the wait I talked to other patients who had been waiting for 2-3 hours past their appointment time. They said this wait was typical of this office. I waited 2 hours. My appointment took less than 30 minutes. He has a lot of resident doctors who do the initial testing and he comes in at the end for maybe 5 minutes. I was prescribed medication but wasn't informed of what they were for until I asked. I definitely don't think any of the patients are getting dedicated personal care from this doctor. It's basically in and out as fast as possible. When I returned for my followup session, I had scheduled an early appointment, thinking that there… would be less of a backlog. And I was right if you consider only a 45 minute wait good. My appointment was at 8:15am. They opened at 8am. How in the world could they get that far behind unless they overbooked patients? I also didn't like their method of taking credit card payments. They basically wrote out all the card info, including the number, expiration, and security code, out on a sheet of paper. People also come in and out of the patient rooms without knocking. Very unprofessional especially if the patient is disrobing or there is sensitive information being discussed. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone unless you like wasting your time.
