Dr. Mahmoud Khattab, MD

I have been trying to schedule a consultation the last two months, 1st one was canceled because the Doctor wasn't available. Nobody would return my calls after that. I still have the voicemail canceling the appointment. Come to find out, the business has permanently closed and I still have an $840 balance on my account from paying up front. Now I have contacted Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and Board of Cosmetology in hopes they can help me retrieve my balance. It would be nice if a notice would be sent out to clients in advance that the business is closing, so they can decide what to do with their money and services. Hopefully the business will call me to resolve this rather than waiting months for a solution.

The Doctor did a fantastic job definitely makes me look 10 years younger. Now I also feel 10 years younger too. Very professional environment and great staff too.

He is not one for many words and is very disrespectful. Has a lack of compassion and very defensive. When i asked him for a copy of my mefical file he said he felt threatened. I feel that every patient has the right to have a copy. He is rude.

Real jerk. And disrespectful staff. Turned into a cosmetic surgeon for the money, in violation of the Hippocratic oath. Does not care about patients; all he cares about is money.

I went in for laser resurfacing and left with an appointment for a breast augmentation. I was super nervous because there aren't any reviews for him on that particular subject, but his staff showed me some pics of ones he had done before and the price was right. One thing that might scare some: he doesn't use general anesthesia. I hate going under so it was fine with me, but be prepared! It's a crazy feeling having it done while you're awake--even though it doesn't hurt, you feel the pressure of it happening. The great part about it, though, is he actually lifted me up mid-way through and got my opinion on the results. I was able to adjust one so they are more even, and that might not have happened if I had GA. Also his staff members are super friendly--not having to deal with snotty people is very important to me. I'm about 2 1/2 months out now and they look AMAZING. They have a very natural look and they are more even now than they were before the procedure. In case you need… to know, I got the 300 cc moderate profile plus and it brought me from a small A to a full C. Very happy all around!!

Dr. Khattab is an excellent internal medicine physician. Went in to get laser skin tightening and laser hair removal in addition to sublative rejuvenation to take care of scars and acne. Found out about the doctor through Good Day News when they interviewed him at his clinic and showed a live demonstration of the treatments offered at his medical spa. Highly recommend this doctor, very satisfied with my treatments.

Dr. Khattab is a great internal medicine physician. Scheduling an appointment to see him is always pleasant as he's very timely and his staff is very responsive. I also got a coolsculpting package as this treatment is non-surgical, has no downtime, and is clinically proven. It's much less painful than the liposuction procedure I had in a different clinic in Sacramento. I also got a sublative treatment to improve the texture and tone of my skin. The doctor explains everything to you, he's very helpful and I'm very satisfied with my treatments. The machines he uses are top of the line and brand new so they have the latest technology. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Khattab as he's not only one of the best internal medicine physicians in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area but he also offers services that no one in Elk Grove and not many in Sacramento offer as part of his Elk Grove Medical Spa packages.
