Very compassionate, always makes me feel like he is going through this journey with me

My wife has been depressed for a couple of years. She met with Dr. Bhana a number of times. Basically what I saw is that he is mostly a pill-pusher. He did minimal couseling and referred her to other programs. Because we go away for the winter and she was doing better, she didn't see him for over a year. Then she felt that she needed him again and they would not accept her as she hadn't been there for a year. To me, this was very unprofessional and seemed that if you weren't paying him every week or month, he had no use for you.

In a lifelong g struggle with clinical depression, bipolar2 disorder, severe anxiety disorder & major OCD, I've been with Dr. Bhana for 6 years and he has helped me decrease the amount & changed type of meds I need, with excellrnt & consistent progress. First MFD to really listen & try many things, not just medicate me, but alternative treatments & nutrition. Finally off meds for sleep also!

Comes off as a caring man, but had many issues with him. Diagnosed me completely incorrectly and have had new doctors tell me I was misdiagnosed. He tried to put me on a new medication everytime I said anything, really just a huge medication pusher. I ended up on a boatload of really intense medication for years, that didn't help whatsoever. They actually made me much worse off. Now my false diagnosis came back to bite me in the butt in an area of my life and had caused me great problems, so I'm understandably extremely angry.
