Dr. Muzaffar agrred to see me as a new patient on an urgent basis. Having gotten a life changing diagnosis and in between PCP's,I could not have found a more compassionate physician. The office staff were efficient and attentive. This was exactly who I needed during the desperate circumstance.

Compassionate and caring

Dr. Mahrein Muzaffar is the best primary care physician we have ever had, due to her thorough follow up and sincere care. With most doctors if they don’t do something during the appointment, it won’t get done. The difference with Dr. Muzaffar is that things come together “behind the scenes,” such as getting into a specialist that you otherwise can’t, or getting insurance to approve a needed test. She’s both a good GP, and an effective health care executive! Dr. Muzaffar is like having a family member as a doctor; she does the work to get things done. She is also pushy yet friendly in getting us to “take our medicine” and our health seriously, to good effect. So then: 1) proactive in person and in the background, 2) exceptional medical expertise, 3) feels like having a best friend as a doctor. The only downside (sorry) is that other patients agree, so it is hard to get an appointment. She’s that good!
