Dr. Mahsa Rajaei Tehrani, MD

Office is not handicap accessible - I drove into the parking area at 8130 Boone, Blvd. The Handicapped parking is in the back of the building away from the front door. I parked into one available of the two handicapped spots. I use a walker and cane to walk around. I used may cane and went to the closest entrance that was near my parking spot. The door was locked. I walked down the driveway, with my cane, to the next entrance which was a delivery and freight entrance. I was able to get in and found an elevator and went to 3rd floor. This turned out to be the wrong building. I could not walk much further so I went back to my car. There are 2 buildings side by side at the front entrance. I called the office while I was driving around the buildings looking for parking. I asked the woman who answered the office phone, if Dr. Tehran had another office I could have an appointment with her. The answer was no. While driving around the building I saw a parking Garage. I asked the… office person if I could go into the garage in hopes there would be an elevator to go to the 3rd floor. She said the parking garage was “Not for Patients.” I explained I could not get into the building. I left because the building was not Accessible for me. The office of Dr Tehrani sent me a bill for $75.00 the no show charge, because I could not get into the building for the appointment after I called the office and explained I was unable to get into the building. Since 8/26/2025 I made an appointment with different Rheumatologist whose office was accessible for me.

Found Dr. Tehrani through the recommendation of a family member, incredibly smooth experience with her office staff...as for Dr. Tehrani, I can't explain her in words, you have to meet her to understand :) I feel so much better. Thank you!

Lacks empathy, rushes appointment, doesn’t explain things thoroughly, keeps you waiting, very full of herself

I have 2 autoimmune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus and treatment can become tricky. Dr.Tehrani has put me into remission on the least amount of meds possible, for which I'm grateful. I have the utmost respect for her and great confidence in her.

Dr. Tehrani wants to show that she cares about patient but she just cares about the money

In this 21st century, I can take my heart rate, measure Sp02 levels, keep track of calories, and activity via my smart phone. I crave a doctor's practice that delivers cutting edge technology, state of the art equipment, and a doctor who is up date on the latest in his/her field. This practice meets the expectations! Dr. Tehrani listened to what I had to tell her about the body I have known for 60 + years as well as my preferences on types of treatment. She was thorough in her examination. Additionally, I was able to get an appointment the day after I called; there was minimal wait time, all of the staff was courteous; AND there is an onsite lab!!

I was easily able to get an appointment. I am , however, disappointed with the website as I am unable to ask a question about the med prescribed. The sign in I created three weeks ago is not responding today.

Found Dr. Tehrani through a recommendation by a friend who sees her. Very pleased with my experience, and her expertise in rheumatoid arthritis and treatments. Very compassionate doctor, fantastic office. Highly recommend her.

Started out really great but as the practices gets busier and busier my appointment has turned into 3 hours waiting and a 5 min visit.

Such a pleasant office. I was taken care of from the moment I checked in, staff offering me snacks, to seeing the doctor who is so caring and kind, I even got a call 2 days later to check up on me and yes the shoulder injection worked extremely well for me.
