just saw this Dr. she spent 5 minutes telling me what she won't do for me. I usually don't use urgent care. she reminded me why

I was highly disappointed with Dr. Mahseed Shariati . I was to be seen for swelling of my eye which was never examined, she only asked me my symptoms and wanted to prescribe me an ointment that I have used in the past and unfortunately didn’t work for me . I had explained this to her very nicely, and professionally. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to listen . Maybe Shariati was having a bad or an off day, Please remember Shariati it’s important to listen to your patients with an open mind and heart and always be kind .

Great doctor!!! Listens to you and helps in anyway as she can especially holistically and with integrative medicine as well. :)

I came to the urgent care clinic after I hurt my back, and she was so thoughtful, great bedside manner, and took extra time to hear other issues I wanted to discuss. She put a referral in for physical therapy which is already making a difference. She cares about her patients, and she focuses on lifestyle and preventative changes, not just throwing medications at you. So if you are someone who cares about your body, and does not just want medicines to mask the symptoms, go see her.

I came to the urgent care hurt and destroyed by my destructive family life. She empowered me to get help not just for my bruises and physical traumas I had incurred, but for my emotional hurt. She treated my wounds, but little did she know she helped me get my life on track. She connected me with the support I needed. When you see Dr. Shariati she treats you holistically and gets to the root of the issues. We need more doctors like her.

Worst Dr Ive ever seen. Was extremely RUDE and unprofessional!! Warning she treats patients like crap. Wont listen takes up whole visit talking about what she wont do for you. Not interested in really helping. Tried to send me back to work same day instead of order a mri when I wasnt even her patient. I just got stuck seeing her at the clinic...NEVER AGAIN

I went in for an Orthopedic appointment after suffering from a severe sprain. This was the worst doctors appointment I have ever experienced in my life. This lady was clueless and had horrible bedside manner. She asked if I "got drunk and couldn't remember" how I injured my foot. She said she had a problem with the fabric of my shoes and said "if you drop a knife it will go straight through your foot." I have never dropped a knife on my foot and I do not plan on it. I could barely walk into the office because of the extreme pain in my foot, and she suggested that I didn't need time off of work. Instead she suggested that I ice and elevate my foot on my lunch break. Does she expect anyone to do that in their break room. Her advice was terrible. I have no idea how this lady made it through medical school. I would not recommend this "doctor" to anyone.
