Dr Mahvish Muzaffar, MD

Dr Muzaffar I am receiving financial assistance for the pills that I take. She tells me it is my responsibility to contact the company to have them sent to me. I call and get put on hold for hours. On my most recent visit she told me it was my responsibility to call for a refill. I think she has my condition confused with someone else's. She was about to prescribe an add on medication until the young man who saw me before she came in told her the new one couldn't be mixed with my old one. The next day she called and said she was going to change my medicine. So she left me without any treatment. I had previously refilled the medicine that I was on. I started back on it when the pain and swelling became a problem. I called the nurse about that. I don't think she is in touch with what is going on with me. I have been told she only works 2 days a week. Maybe she is out of touch with the whole process?
