Dr. Majid Ghazi, MD

I have had pain in my SI joint for years. However the last 2.5 years have been very painful. I was told by a different doctor that I had to slow down, start meditating and basically learn to live with my pain. I am an active person who lives on a farm. I called Dr. Ghazi’s office to make an appointment. I was seen and scheduled for an injection. The first injection helped a little but not much. They did another examination and scheduled me for another injection but on the inside of my SI/lower spine and the results have been GREAT! It’s been 2 months and I am still doing great! I am so thankful for their care and for the relief I have received! I recommend to anyone who has been told what I was - make an appointment and see if they can help you!

Even after traveling all the way to the Mayo Clinic, their advice was simple: find a truly great doctor to take care of my ongoing issues. That’s when I found Dr. Ghazzi. Since then, I’ve had both a Neurostimulator and a pain pump implanted in my back, and I have to say—they’ve made a world of difference. These treatments have helped me avoid having my entire back fused, which was the alternative. Dr. Ghazzi is blunt and doesn’t sugarcoat anything—and honestly, that’s exactly what you need in today’s world. He helped me go from being overmedicated and barely functioning to living my life the best I can, fully present and alert. This team is a game changer. Went in for severe lower back pain, and nerve damage in left leg, with multiple back Surgeries that was not successful. After visiting with Dr. Ghazi during different appointments. Had injections done that helped for awhile for the pain. So, I had a DRG battery put in for my nerve damage. Later I had a pain pump put in. Which help with most of the pain. Thank you Dr. Ghazi and your team for helping me to get this lower back pain under control.

The staff is respectful and professional in several ways: courteous, efficient, good listeners and timely about getting back to patients. I'm thankful for a medical provider who's focus is solely pain relief.

Center for Pain Medicine helped me when no other facility did. I went to other pain clinics whose only solution to significant neuropathy pain was a cream. Dr. Ghazi at Center for Pain Medicine immediately told me that he thought they could help me. I have been through a trial and it reduced my pain by over 50% and I think it will get even better. In addition, every single person I had contact with was very friendly and caring. I would not send friends and family to any other pain clinic.

I have had great results from my visits to the Pain Center. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I was experiencing back pain so terrible I could not stand or walk for any length of time. I now do both without pain.

Today's appointment was shocking. My husband waited over an hour to see Dr. Ghazi. In fact, the nurse came in to clean the room not realizing we were still there. When Gahzi came things were quite odd. He left to go read my husband's medical record. Instead, he went to another patient. Due to my husband's pain, we left and he barely made it to the car.

Above and beyond Dr Ghazi and his staff seem to make every visit a comfortable one. Even with two factors working against them. One, the fact that you are there to see him because you are in pain. The second, everything going on right now in our global pandemic. Comforting to know that Dr Ghazi is still there for his patients!!
