Dr. Makeba S Earst

Dr. MaKeba S. Earst has a passion and commitment to help and serve others in the community. She is a general dentist, and the only African-American female practitioner in Tallahassee, Florida, who owns and operates her own dental practice.
As a native of Tallahassee, her parents instilled in her a strong desire to succeed and in doing so, she graduated as valedictorian of her senior class from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University Developmental Research School.  She enrolled at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.  She then attended Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry and was conferred with the Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree which opened the door for her to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a dentist.
All About Smiles Dental Center is owned and operated by Dr. MaKeba Earst.  Dr. Earst and her staff work diligently to provide the best in quality dental care as well as enhance the quality of life for …those in need of dental treatment.  It is her goal to make dental visits anxiety and stress free in a relaxed, warm, and inviting atmosphere.
Dr. Earst has been practicing general dentistry in Tallahassee for over ten years.  She is very committed to serving her community and others.  Dr. Earst maintains a lifestyle that reflects her Christian upbringing and beliefs.  She frequently participates in various seminars, conferences, and other speaking engagements designed to educate constituents regarding the importance of preventive maintenance and oral health care.  Dr. Earst currently serves as Vice President of the Sunshine State Dental Association of which she is the immediate Past President.  She holds membership in the National Dental Association, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Leon County Dental Society and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
