ask to see her certifications, if she has any, before this witch shoves anything up your butt. she is cruel, heartless, and a freak show of uncontrolled emotions--dresses down employees by hitting them with laser eyes that threaten termination; fear is a terrible way to control people, she's a beta trying to be an alpha using fear to dominate her staff, ugh, puke--she has no emotional control, it's like a monster shoots out of her soul. God help her staff. God help her patients.

I’ve met a lot of doctors in my life and Mala Balakumar hands down has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced, she is crude, rude and extremely abrasive. I switch and ended up going to one of her colleagues as I just couldn’t take her horrific demeanor.

Would highly recommend , took her time did thorough assessment and prescribed healing treatment .

My most pleasant doctor patient experience. Doctor Balakumar is a great doctor with a great personality. She explains everything well and does a great job. Most doctors i have dealt with are snobby and act as if you are taking up their valuable time. Not Doctor Balakumar. She is a person you wish you could hang out with.

Before seeing Dr. Balakumar, i had seen another specialist who was not able to help me. Dr. Balakumar was excellent and she spent time explaining my conditions and was able to treat me without surgery. I am completely satisfied with her bedside manner and thoroughness.

I have sat in this office and all I see and hear is wonderful things about the doctor and the staff. It is nothing like the doctors I have seen before. The atmosphere is just wonderful. I would recomend anyone to this doctor.
