Dr. Malcolm Paul Dulock, MD

I have never in my life been treated as I was here. I came in because I was trying to find a new primary care doctor and he prescribed extended release medication. I came in for my 2 month appointment and told the nurse that a) I felt like the medication was not working properly and b) that I had concerns with my allergies and seasonal asthma and may need an inhaler. I took said medication at 8am the day before and somehow my drug screen came back negative. Do they offer to re-test? Do they discuss dosage? NO they treat you like a criminal and walk you out WITHOUT also addressing the inhaler issue. I was so mad and hurt and called my other half and he was appalled at the way they handled the situation and called up there. They initially said they could not talk to him then realized oh yea he is who I signed off on my file that they can talk to. He then mentioned that I am a bariatric patient and had concerns the medication was not working properly and I don't absorb medicine like… everyone else and they HAD NO IDEA I WAS A BARIATRIC PATIENT when it was clearly written in my file. They said I could come back in, but there is no way I would set foot back in that place. They clearly were uninformed about my medical history that I filled out in detail and are just willy nilly prescribing things and dismissing patients like common criminals. I have a different doctor now who went over my chart with me and changed my medication to something that actually works and absorbs properly given my situation as a bariatric patient (I also work out in a sauna so on some days I have to take extra because of that). I was also informed that compliance drug screening occurs once every six months and they can write the prescription for three months at a time. LOVE my new doctor and my new medication it all works so much better for me. So Dr. Dulock is clearly trying to capitalize by having people in monthly and also charging for drug screens every two months. Do yourself a favor and find a REAL doctor who will pay attention to you and your concerns.

Dr Dulock is the man! There is nothing better than experience.

This man should not call himself a doctor. After spending 30 minutes explaining my reason for current visit with a wonderfully compassionate nurse, Dr Duclock walked in with two Rx and said "OK". When I asked if he had been apprised of the reason for visit today, he gave me a blank stare. After giving him a reason, he never asked me a question, but proceeded to enter yet another Rx with only the name, tramadol. When I questioned him, he acted as if he did not hear me, so I increased the volume on my voice. Upon that, he took all papers and STORMED out of exam room without further ado. The pleasant nurse came back, and informed me that my wait was due to Dr taking a walk-in who came in after me while having me wait an additional 30 minutes. Then the nurse came back with an Rx for 90 Tramadol. My insurance said this was in violation of Federal law and only 7 days are allowed on the first Rx for an opiate. Guess he has no interest in patients and is just running a pill… mill. I immediately left, and called my insurance company to change to another Primary Care Physician. If you want pills, he's the guy. If you want an exam and informed description of what and why he is doing anything,you won't get it. My suggestion is to stay as far away from this quack as you can. I CERTAINLY INTEND TO DO SO!!!!!!!

Dr. Dulock is truly amazing! I have never had a provider take so much time and showed so much care and concern! And his entire staff is exactly the same way! You truly feel like family being there! I love this place and these people!

Best M.D. I have ever been too. I am caretaker for my 86 yr old mother. She has been going to the same gp for the last 20 yrs. I convinced her one day to try Dr Dulock, now she won't see anyone else. Did I mention she is a retired RN? My niece has been complaining of sinus problems for the last five years. Her Dr kept telling her " he was concerned about it" but in five yrs he never really treated her for it. My mom her grandmother convinced her to visit Dr Dulock. After one treatment she was in tears saying she got her first nights sleep since she could remember, and that her sinus symptoms were almost gone after only one visit.! Now she's changed Dr's too. I had to take pain meds for yr's after I fell and broke my back. The nerve pain in my back was unbearable. Dr Dulock showed me how to stretch the nerves in my back and I've never felt better! The staff is very professional and very. friendly. The wait time is short and Dr Dulock takes time to listen and is very thorough, and he… doesn't send you to another Dr for ever little thing. He has a x-ray tech and machine right there in the office guess who reads them? Thats right Dr Dulock. A good Dr is hard to find these days. Dr Dulock is one of the best!

Great physician--a man who truly cares.

Focused and attentive, with excellent character!

Not only did I have to wait three times as long as the appointment lasted he used racial slurs and told inappropriate jokes. He had to moveout of his first office because it was infested with mold and did nto bother to cakll his patients to let them know he had moved or what his new phone number was. Called my insurance company and changed my provider!

This doctor has an incredible lack of care for his patients and his office staff are not competent at all. They will try to push you through to see a PA instead the doctor, but be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time.

Dr. Dulock is an experienced physician that is most interested in treating the patient. He does not rush during appointments and is incredibly intelligent and makes proper diagnosis. He is the last of his kind in this field and our family truely hopes he remains in practice as long as he is willing! He really uses his God given gift of caring and knowledge to really help every day people become their best. Thank you for your rare hard work.....you are the best!
