I think very highly of Dr Foster and Stephen Miller, but find his heart cath scheduling very incompetent, I have made several calls and they have not called,I don't know what the problem is.

Dr. Foster has placed over 20 stents in my heart. I have known him and ETHC for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience with him. His calm nature and bedside nature are without compare. In my opinion, he is top shelf.

Very skilled Cardiologist. Would not want to have any other but impossible to get a follow up appointment with after surgery. wait time has been long at Turkey Creek office to see nurse practitioner. one to two hours I have waited in office.

This man saved my life 9 years ago and I will always be grateful to him and his staff. Flew from Jefferson City in 8 minutes in a helicopter to Fort Sanders. They were waiting for me and started working right away. I will thank God that there was this man that saved me. Thanks Doc.

Took six weeks of calling everyday before someone answered phone .. I was supposed to see doctor 10 days after surgery. My primary doctor also tried several times to reach him. ALso left voice mails that were never returned.
