Malcolm Hatfield, MD, FACR is our Medical Director and on-site radiologist. Having received his degree with Distinction from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Hatfield began his career with residencies and fellowships at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics as both Diagnostic Radiology Resident and Singular Chief Resident. The Doctor also served in the Neuroradiology department at the University of Michigan Medical Center, St. Luke’s Aurora Hospital in Milwaukee, and as Staff Radiologist and Medical Director at All Saints St. Mary’s Hospital and School of Radiologic Technology located in Racine. He served as Assistant Professor, Neuroradiology at the University of Chicago. Dr. Hatfield is Triple Board Certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, American Board of Radiology, Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology, American Board of Radiology, Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Vascular and Interventional Radiology with 50 …publications, book chapters and presentations in peer review medical literature and national meetings. Dr. Hatfield has over 20 years of experience working in southeast Wisconsin.

I can not tell you how wonderfully I was treated by Dr. Hatfield and the nurses. My procedure went quick and I hardly felt that much pain after. Dr. Hatfield is very friendly which put me at ease. Thank-you!!

Dr. Hatfield has extremely poor beside manner. He did not ask how I was feeling during the procedure, but was instead talking with the one nurse in the room about baseball!! I was supposed to have a radiofrequency nerve ablation, but I believe all he did was burn tissue. I was given no type of sedation to ease the pain of the procedure, and was required to climb up and down from the table before and after the procedure. This was held at Medical Diagnostic Imaging in Frankin, which was really more of a hole in the wall wannabe medical clinic. I was to recover in a recliner that the nurse had to beat on to adjust with no privacy. After the procedure Dr. Hatfield did not come in to check on me, and failed to follow-up.
