Dr. Malcolm Oliver Perry III, MD

My dr. referred me to Dr. Perry saying he was really good. I had my referral, and the office sent me a text to schedule an appoitment to which I did. They asked for my license and medical insureance card and i sent. 3 hours before the appointment, I got a text message that they cannot treat my medical condition (urology). I called the office and got voice mail. I texted them asking for them to call me. I've yet to receive a phone call.

I made an online appointment with Dr. Perry's office and scheduled it using their website. I got an email back saying they would confirm my appointment. I waited and waited and never received anything from his office. I then started calling his office to confirm the appointment I made online. You only get a voicemail when you call his office, and it says to send a text to a given number. I texted them on one day during office hours and no response. I texted them the next day and still no response. This is very unprofessional, and I can't figure out why they would have any patients operating an office this way. I would never recommend Dr. Perry to anyone!!

I love everything about Dr. Perry's office. His office assistant, Nicole is a gem. Very centrally located. Easily accessible. Dr. Perry goes above and beyond. I had a bad experience with a Urologist before I went to Dr. Perry and wasn't expecting much. I was very surprised how patient, caring and considerate he is to my issues. He is the type of doctor you can't find anywhere. He gives you his personal cell phone number in case you have a problem and can't reach his office. Dr. Perry's care is not common these days but SOOOO very much needed and appreciated.

Dr Perry is very knowledgeable and very caring. He is a very nice person, and his staff is also very friendly.He listens to you and makes sure he answers all the questions you may have. I strongly recommend him!

Site says to schedule appointment on line. However, must wait for confirmation. Within a month, my appointment has been canceled twice. No way to call office, I visited office in Allen and was assured someone would text me. I received a text apparently created by artificial intelligence canceling my appt yet again. Since doctor is supposedly a Christian, it ends text with “have a blessed day” dr. Perry was highly recommended by a friend of mine who spoke very well of him. I have an issue which I don’t feel I can continue waiting thus will have to search for another doctor before I die waiting for an appt with Dr. Perry. Don’t waste your time unless you want to wait weeks. I hope that Dr. Perry is aware of his non-staff, inability of his A.I. software to schedule appointments in a timely manner. Have a blessed day!

I started seeing Dr. Perry in 2019. He is friendly and does an excellent job of explaining medical terms, procedures and treatment. I have been under his care ever since my first visit. He has effectively treated my condition and continues to monitor my health. His staff is always professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Malcolm Perry for anyone needing a urologist. You will not get better care anywhere.

I have lived in Collin County for 42 years and have only had two urologists. I have been going to Dr. Malcom Perry since my original urologist retired a number of years ago. As a retired person with an engineering background, I have analyzed his facility, equipment and services. He is an excellent doctor and runs an excellent operation. In addition, he is a nice guy.

I am incredibly happy with my experience with Dr. Perry and his staff. My GP referred me to a urologist, and I selected Dr. Perry. It was a smart choice. Dr. Perry is collaborating with me to improve my issue minimizing medications and keeping me away from surgery. He gets to know you and takes the time to really find out how you are and what is happening with your issue. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Perry and his practice with no hesitation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perry for years and I have never had a negative thing to say about him personally or the care that he has provided. He has always been up front with my treatment plans and takes the time to go over all alternatives to make sure I am comfortable with the direction we BOTH decided on. I have never been pressured by Dr Perry or his staff to have any procedure that I was not ok with. My wife was admitted to the ER a few years back and Dr. Perry happened to be on call and was checking on a patient, when he saw me, he immediately approached me to see if I was alright. When I told him my wife was in the room down the hall, even though she is not one of his patients, he immediately followed up with ER Doctor in charge and came to us to reassure that everything was going to be okay and stayed to see if we had any questions or if he could be of any assistance. I mention this just to demonstrate Dr. Perry's compassion and caring attitude that I have always seen… in him. This professional and compassionate Doctor comes with a high recommendation from me.

Excellent, thorough, skilled care with an exceptionally kind and attentive bedside manner. Dr. Perry takes time to explain the issue -- sometimes drawing diagrams to help with understanding -- and to answer questions. His speedy intervention recently kept a health situation from escalating and becoming dangerous. We recommend him -- without reservation -- to our friends and neighbors.
