Dr. Malek H Esrawi, DDS

The WORST experience I ever had and worst I ever met. More than that dr. Esrawi is not a very good person. He is kind and cheerful when it is about big money worthy work and very mean and arrogant when a patient has complications after his work or needs a minor work to be done before the major one. Once he learned that it didn't heal after wisdom tooth removal he didn't want to see me to check it, and ignored all my phone calls. Apparently it did not heal because he did not prescribe a mouthwash and antibiotics for aftercare. So, I lived in a nightmare for a month. After ignoring repeated messages and emails, I had to go to another office to check and clean all the mess in my gums. Then I asked for a refund but he refused. He definitely is a doctor who does not care about his patient's health but cares only about money. In addition to that he rescheduled my first appointment with him three times and all my visits there I was waiting for him for about an hour. Very sad and… frustrating. Be careful.
