I was able to get in much quicker to see Dr. Karassi than the other endocrinologists in the area. they all had a few months wait time but I was able to see Dr. K within 2 weeks of calling.

I have been seeing Dr. Karassi for 2-3 years for a thyroid condition. His staff is always polite and helpful. Dr. Karassi is not chatty but he is so kind and thorough and asks if I have any questions before I leave. He listens to my concerns and makes me feel as though I am in the best hands. I am thoroughly pleased with him and his staff and plan to continue with him.

receptionist is very rude. Everytime I call or go up there, she is rude. Very upsetting.

His staff is horrible...never EVER return calls. I saw him four times for a thyroid condition and he never looked at my chart before coming in the exam room. He would start by saying let me look at your feet????? Everything about his practice reeks of a tightwad practices medicine here.

I had a medical condition that has existed all of my life. Dr. Karassi did not want to explore why I had the condition, but treat me for the symptoms of the condition. Another doctor diagnosed me with the same medical condition, but went back in my history and determined why I had the medical condition. The latter doctor began treating the actual medical problem, and not the symptoms of the medical problem, as Dr. Karassi was doing.

I was on an insulin pump for years,after a visit with the good doctor, inow use two thirds less insulin and have energey to live life as one should. This was a blessing for my wife and four children.
