Dr. Margaret I Chustecka, MD

Everyone in Dr. Chustecka's office was extremely helpful and accommodating to me when I needed an emergency appointment. I was seen and treated right away and I am grateful for finding this office! Not everyone takes Medicaid, but they do and treat you just like everyone else.

Dr Chustecka is ok as a Dr, but her office stay is the worst I have ever seen. Extremely unprofessional and rude. My parents have been seeing this Dr for years (over 12 yrs). Office staff is worse and worse, referrals never properly go thru to where they need to, I must make 3-4 calls to have this accomplished. They ask for the info, never look it up. Why am I providing specialist visit info?? Isn't that THEIR job?? Always an excuse that they DID IT when they DIDN'T!! Just horrible!!!!!!!!

unprofessional, uncaring physician. rushed through the visit. did not even take my vitals. problem was misdiagnosed. ended up being billed for tests/procedures i did not receive and was treated very poorly by office manager when trying to sort out the problem. horrible experience all around. would not recommend her to anyone.

This doctor has excellent diagnostic skills. and is very easy to talk to. She is a very caring doctor.

Dr. Chustecka was nice (sort of) but kept me waiting forever. She then rushed through my appointment and pushed a bunch of unnecessary tests for what turned out to be a minor problem that did not warrant it. She didn't really listen to what I had to say and ended up prescribing a medication that didn't work (for which I followed up with a different doctor). I've heard good things about the other doctors in her practice but I wouldn't recommend her.

I would recommend Dr. Chustecka, I felt very comfortable with her (which is important to me)and felt that she was very thorough. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to really learn about me (being a new patient of hers). She is a keeper in my book.

Chusteka is always at least an hour behind on her appointments. Most visits I have to reschedule because I only have an hour to spare during the work day to complete these appointments!
