After spending weeks in pain and finally caving to go to the urgent care over the weekend which resulted in no relief for my tailbone/cocxyx and sacrum area. So I contacted my primary through the portal on Monday but not realizing the office was closed. I communicated back and forth with an assistant/nurse, which then resulted in me coming in for an apt to see M.Platz since my primary was booked and there was no way I could go on with the is pain. My experience with M.Platz was great. She listened, she actually cared, and could relate and she helped locate where the spasms were coming from. It wasn't just my tailbone that was injured in my fall, the spasms and awful pressure were coming from my Sacrum and me being a healthy adult Ive never experienced anything like It before and I couldn't describe or pin point exactly where my pain was coming from but she asking questions and actually checking me helped figure it all out. She has no idea how happy I am to be moving around without so… much pain and intense spasms. My kiddos are so happy to see me moving around now and not in so much pain. I seriously cant thank her enough for seeing me that day and helping me get back to almost normal. If it weren't for her I would be still laying on a couch sideways, unable to use the bathroom comfortably and just miserable! Thank you for taking the time to actually listen and help treat me so I didn't have to keep on suffering through!
