I experienced two major issues at different times but within one year, the second requiring surgery. For the first injury I didn't trust the diagnosis by the on-call physician so I asked someone I knew for a referral. This led me to Dr. Abraham. I trusted his advice that surgery was not required for my broken ankle and it has healed well.The second injury did require surgery, it was plain to see on the x-rays requiring pins and plate, different foot. Great results from the surgery. I felt confident and comforted to have him to call for that new situation. Dr. Abraham is open to questions and gives his time to you for explanations. Communication is key with a physician. My appointments were on time, the office space was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly. The office is conveniently located close to a major route, with a plenty of parking spaces. There is a physical therapy center in the building.

Everything went well--meeting with doc and planning for care, interactions with office team, surgery and follow-up care.

He is very competent and explains the situation thoroughly.

Dr. Abraham was very professional and thorough in diagnosing my daughter's stress fracture in her ankle. x-rays done at the office enabled us to start treatment right away. He worked with her high school trainer to ensure a quick and complete recovery in order for her to return to her sport activities. He was very calm and patient answering all her questions and spoke directly to her, rather than just the parent, to make sure she understood what she needed to do to prevent further injury.

I'm very happy that Dr. Abraham has returned to Illinois. Excellent surgeon, caring doctor, humble man, explains everything. He worked on both my feet. I saw 6 foot specialists before I met with him. He understood the problem, what had to be done and I felt that I could trust him. Surgery #1 was years ago--and no problems, no pain since. Many thanks.
