Had a great experience at this office. Dr. Gilani really cares about his patient concerns. He was able to get my chronic high blood pressure under control; and set expectation for the next year. I would recommend Dr. Gilani to anyone.

I've actually worked with this physician as a medical professional and he is an incompetent physician. Stay far away.

Dr. Gilani's office staff is incompetent and wreckless!! There record keeping is extremely poor and their billing system is even worse. They make and cancel appointments without forethought and the Dr. keeps you waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours for an appointment. He always has an excuse why he is late or running behind schedule and if you have a question or a response and he doesn't like it, he becomes very agitated. I would not suggest this Dr. to anyone because of his bedside manner and the discourteous staff, especially his office manager who is very unprofessional and discourteous!!

The Sister of Dr.Gilani is the worst thing about the office. She speaks to everyone with no respect, she speaks at people not to people. She not up to date with the computer system so you will be billed incorrectly. And carded for co-pays that you all ready made. She is a mean old lady. And not a good look for this office . It is 2015 not 1995 her way is the old way and with her running the office we see it. She not good for business.

This doctor has been my mother in laws doctor for a few years and all I can say is he SUCKS!!!!! My mother in law has diabetes and he has NEVER LOOKED AT HER FEET OR LEGS DURING ANY VISIT!!!!! She has been in and out of the hospital because of his OH SHE IS OK NO PROBLEM attitude!!! She has big sores on her legs and they started to smell real bad and I told him about them at one of her appts. HE NEVER EVEN ASKED TO SEE THEM OMG!!!!DO NOT GOT TO THIS DOCTOR STAY AWAY!!!

Dr Gilani is fine but his sister who runs the Wilmington office is very rude. I will only go to Newark office so I don't have to deal with her. She will also very loudly announce any outstanding balance you owe so everyone can hear. Star in the Newark office is great but I'm afraid his sister will end up running her off too since she also has to work in the Wilmington office with his sister. No one seems to be able to work with his sister very long...

I have found to be caring and sympatheticspends a lot of time with me and responds promtly whenever ive needed him.
