Dr. Mallory Jane Mitchell, DO

Awful bed side manners. Gave me maybe 5 minutes of her time if that, never called me about my results and got very upset when I messaged her about my health. Nothing at all was resolved. Said I gave her an “unpleasant experience” Her medical assistant was very kind, however. So that was a positive but nothing else. Avoid this MD at all costs unless you like to waste time and money.

Excellent physician. Smart, caring, and always listens. Our whole family goes to her. She has young children herself so she definitely understands parenting from both a medical and personal perspective. She even went out of her way to overbook my son onto her schedule last minute when he was sick even though it's just more work for her in a day. She's always been so helpful and goes above and beyond for all of her patients. I don't know how anyone could have anything negative to say about her. I find the negative review on here very suspicious. Why'd you demand a phone call before an appointment for your kid that you didn't even bother to show up to? Can't your wife speak for herself? Super weird. Some dudes can't handle women saying no to them. Also...how would you not notice if your kid has strep throat? This whole review makes no sense. From someone who never met the doctor. Hopefully fake from someone holding a grudge because if real...super weird dynamic going on… in that family. Anyway- always good experience with Dr. Mitchell, but hard to get assigned to her since she's always in demand!

Dr. Mallory Mitchell is an excellent doctor. She listens intently to my concerns & makes me feel valued. Dr. Mitchell is always right on with her diagnosis. She has followed up thoroughly with all my issues. She has consistently returned my calls even when she is off duty! I was prompted to write this review by the negative one posted. I know doctors are advised not to return a call if someone is belligerent or abusive which this person obviously was. I can not recommend Dr Mitchell more highly. The excellent care by Doctor Mitchell is the reason I am so happy with Kaiser.
