Dr. Mamatha Chella, MD

Dr. Mamatha Chella graduated from Government Medical college, Anantapur, in India and completed her residency in internal medicine at Cleveland Clinic, where she got diverse inpatient, consult, ambulatory, research, and longitudinal clinic experiences. Since completing her residency, Dr. Chella has gained a wide range of experiences working at Mary Washington Hospital, private practices, urgent care facilities, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities. She has expertise in dealing with chronic medical conditions, acute issues, and preventive medicine. Through these practices, she provides efficient care delivery and improved clinical outcomes, enhancing care coordination and facilitating comprehensive transitions of care.

She has a special interest in preventative medicine to better the patient’s experience. She believes in teamwork, listening to patients, building relationships with them, and helping patients meet their health goals.

In her spare time, Dr. Chella enjoys …spending time with family, cooking, and volunteering at her church.
