To start, they had a whiteboard in patient view with goals for procedures. The office visits are purely a money maker, and they are not thorough with the care being provided. They take vitals and charge you the co-payment and have you come back in 6 months. We never actually saw the doctor. We will not use this physicians office again.

Changed doctors because I didn’t feel like I was getting the care I needed. My new doctor sent three requests for my medical records. Finally I called and was told that there would be a $55.50 charge before I could get them.

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. i have been here many times and over four years only seen the doctor one time. each time i go i am put into a nasty room filled with dust. air unit is so full of garbage it spews out onto the ceiling. the shirts are not washed well, looks like urine spots on most and they are beige from wear. the ceiling fan blades are caked with dust from moving the dirty air in the room. trash can was not emptied from the night prier. i sat in the lobby with Nat's flying around, who know from what. and forced to inhale the stale cigarette smoke from other persons. he has hired new persons again. And I don't blame them for leaving so quickly. i cant get over how anyone thinks this is OK? Even if the majority of his patients are indigent they deserve better than this. we are not cattle. i urge you to take a stand. Demand that you receive better. This is still America........

I can not get my CPAP mask replaced, I have asked for a written prescription they claimed would have someone call me which they haven't he sells the masks and machines so it seems he wants you to get them from him instead of elsewhere. You don't see him when you have appointments you see nurse practitioner.

He asked you do a lot of tests, but does not spend time with your explaining testing results. He asks nurse to talk to you. He asks you to meet him. When you arrive, only the nurse is there. His practice is not professional and unethical. Try to avoid him.

the first experience i had was OK. After that it was painfully obvious that this was all about insurance billing. I brought my machine with me and they refused to read it and i was told i had to have EVERY test i had the first visit over again. Including both sleep studies. After roughly 6 months i finally get my replacement mask. Real professional.

Friendly and Professional staff. Doctor took the time to listen and feed back was well understood. Easy to make appointments. Wait time was less than 30 mins over all. Sleep study was easy to schedule because they do them 7 days a week.
