Dr. Manal Hegazy, MD

My doctor sent me to her because I had a little pain under my right rib. She ordered a test and the result was that my gall bladder was working only 20% and I needed a surgery, I told her that was weird because I always heard that kind of pain was terrible, she answered sarcastically: well, if you want to wait till you get it that way... I accepted the surgery, and 10 years later I still with the pain, because it wasn’t my gall bladder, it was gastritis. I used to have a good insurance then, I’m sure that’s all se was looking for, cómo now I’m retired and suffering all de consequences of not having a gall bladder.

Dr. Hegazy is a great doctor. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment she walks in the room. I have been a patient of hers since I got my breast cancer diagnosis in 2016. I would recommend her highly. Great bed side manner.

This doctor made the worst mistake she cut my main bile duct and I still suffer from her negligence and she did not use the medical view of safety. Do your research everywhere in every medical school says this should never happen! I wouldn’t have clicked a star but had no choice if I wanted to submit this

She doesn't even spend 5 minutes in the room with you. Doesn't really go over your medical history and is just interested in booking surgery and getting paid.

Dr. Hegazy and the staff in the office were wonderful. I felt comfortable, even though I was nervous. Dr. Hegazy is real, genuine and honest. She was always polite and friendly but she was direct and up front. I never felt rushed, I felt like she cared and wanted to hear me explain my situation and what I was dealing with. She is smart, I trusted her and her diagnosis and never questioned or doubted her. I would highly recommend her and, hopefully I won't need to, but I would absolutely go back to her.

This is my cancer. I'll never forget that day and exactly how I felt at the moment I was told. As I sat in the Doctor office listening to my doctors voice telling me about my biopsy result. It took a while until the significance of my condition set in.Being well-informed is important for understanding and fighting breast cancer and I had the good fortune to have as my surgeon Dr Hegazy, Manal. she explained in laymans term and I understood, the issue to some degree.
