This MD is a complete a-hole. He'd made up his mind what my diagnosis was before he even walked in the room. Stated "I've completely reviewed your extensive record". Yet my electronic record only goes back to 2021? I was born in 1954. So he didn't know I'd had 2 hips and 1 knee replacements, 4 lumbar surgeries, a 2-level cervical fusion, and 8 other ortho and non- ortho surgeries. He had the balls to emphatically negate diagnoses from other physicians who had actually taken the time to ask questions, do an exam, and perform bloodwork, x-rays. Just kept shaking his head and repeating its "only wear and tear arthritis caused by your age and weight". Yet issues started at age 35 when I weighed 116#. I've been trying for weeks to contact Ascension patient relations, or corporate to get an address to which to send an official letter of complaint. No response.
