Dr.Manav Singla, This individual doesn't care about your time. Before you may see him, prepare to be forgotten for at least forty to forty-five minutes in a small room with the door closed. It makes no difference if you have an appointment scheduled in advance and have been waiting for months. They quickly obtain your insurance details and co-payment, but after they have that, they will stop caring about you. I'm really dissatisfied with their services because they were incredibly unprofessional.

My son was very sick for some time with recurring congestion and coughs that had to be treated with antibiotics, as well as pneumonia. It wasn't until we visited Dr. Singla that our problems were solved. He was diagnosed with moderate to severe asthma, and allergies, and prescribed an inhaler. After this diagnosis, and treatment, my son's health was 100% better. His treatment plan is so effective that he rarely has any asthma attacks, or issues. I thank Dr. Singla for this. It is easy to get an appointment with Dr. Singla. The location we visit has limited hours, but we knew this before choosing Dr. Singla as a doctor. We are always seen promptly after our arrival. The diagnosis, in this case, was absolutely accurate, and as stated prior, my son has had a 100% turnaround in his health as a result of his treatment plan. My only concern would be the friendliness of staff, and in relation to only one employee in particular; not the friendliest demeanor, and a bit rude… or matter of fact when it came to collecting payment. At our last visit my son's father was simply on his way up from parking, and we were very rudely instructed that Dr. Singla would not see our son until his father arrived to pay the copay. I don't know if the office has issues with patients paying, but I am not one of those issues. It is for this reason I chose a 3 out of 4 stars for "courteous of staff". Again, this was my experience with only one individual on the staff, but on various occasions.

I'm glad to know this doctor. He has help me when know one could. I hope he will stay my doctor

Dr. Singla is a very caring, competent physician. He has helped me manage my health and find the best solution. He listens, documents, and follows up. I would recommend him to anyone.

Doctor Singla and his office staff ecspecially Erin and Sandy were so professional. Everyone took the time to make sure I understood. My son loved the staff and the Doctor! Usually if the staff is courteous the doctor isnt and visa versa, but not the case at this office. Great experience. Def recommend the Phila road location.
