I have been seeing Dr Grewal for a number of years and have always found him to be very thorough and very compassionate in his treatment of my 18 year old kidney. He is very knowledgeable & respectful in every visit. I really like & appreciate him very much

Apparently if you have down syndrome and a rare auto immune disease and need dialysis to prolong your life at 19 he doesnt want to waste resources since your quality of life is already lessened what's the point in prolonging it. You know except if your a 19yr old who loves their life and wants to continue to live.

Dr. Mandeep Grewal said that he “would not bother” with long-term dialysis for a patient with Down syndrome and his reasoning is that the patient can’t understand the procedure and shouldn’t have a procedure that they don’t understand. Look--I don't understand dialysis, but you better darn well give me a life saving procedure!
