Dr. Mandy Sara Coles, MD

Dr Mandy Coles is literally the best doctor I've ever had. I have never felt more understood or genuinely listened to. It's obvious Dr Coles takes extreme pride in her work and she goes above and beyond to make sure she addresses everything we need to. Especially if you are LGBT Dr. Coles is super helpful in providing resources to get what you need and just generally being an understanding person. Like she does the work of 4 different Drs making sure I'm ok from anything to transgender health to life plans. She acts as my head Dr overseeing all my care and holding my other doctors accountable. I literally can't say enough good things I would be lost medically without her. She keeps it very real and encourages you to "make your own decisions" like that crazy review said lmao

She dismissed all of my symptoms and tried to blame it on “stress”, which I know isn’t the case. She made me feel as small as a speck and I left my appointment feeling worse than when I came in. I hope she learns that being stand-offish and not listening to the patient (that knows their body better than she does) will never make her a good doctor.

Dr. Coles made me feel like my symptoms were fake and never helped me fix what was actually going on with my body.

I feel that DrMandy Coles was not giving mefical advice in the best interest of my 16 yr old child. Instead of encouraging our relationship she was advising my daughter to go against her parents mainly in the area of sex & birth control. She was very pushy & continually informed my daughter & I that my daughter was 16 so she could do whatever she wanted. Never did she try to facilitate a conversation that would be beneficial to both of us, so that we both could be heard & move forward. She was trying to convince my daughter to "make her own decisions". I felt very stressed when I left & on the way home my daughter asked if we could please see another doctor. I was so relieved that the pressuring of Dr. Coles did not persuade my daughter that her parents were the bad guys. I would never recommend her for any type of "family" intervention.

Dr. Coles is great with our son. She makes him accountable for his treatment plan and focus on him during the visits. She has shown great compassion and is very knowledgable in dealing with eating and weight issues in adolescents. We have been very happy with the care we have received.
