Dr. Mandy Lee Ramani, MD

Dr. Ramani is a compassionate knowledgable physician. My family and I have been patients of hers for over 10 years and have received excellent professional treatment.

My family and I have been going to this office for the past 13 years now. Dr Honch is an absolutely wonderful doctor who very much cares and listens to his patients. Unfortunately, Dr Honch was not available for an appointment and I instead saw Dr Ramani for the first time. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have had eczema my entire life and came in with a allergic reaction seeking treatment and guidance. Dr Ramani did not even look at my skin or my folder, she saw me in her office for 2 minutes, apparently enough time to explain to me that she has decided to prescribe me steroid pills and cream for my skin. She did not ask me a single question about myself or my past and did not even know I had eczema and very sensitive skin. Right after I told her my skin was sensitive, WHICH IS ON THE CHART, she decided the treatment was too harsh for my skin. But if I had not interjected, she would have quickly prescribed me 3 types of steroids and left. I had questions about my… skin and about getting off antihistimines and she started walking out of the room while I was asking them and told me to get up because we were done with the appointment. I was forced to ask my personal questions at the front desk in front of her staff and patients. She also never shut the door during the consultation. Absolutely no privacy. She clearly does not really enjoy what she is doing - she just wants to make a buck and the quicker she can get you out of her office the better. Ive never had a worst experience. The other two doctors in the office are great but NEVER go to this woman or you will regret it as I currently am. Now, I am looking up online how to better treat my eczema because my doctor didnt have more than 2 minutes to talk to me.
