Truly unprofessional, poor experience beginning to end. With astronomical prices for literally 2 minutes of the doctor’s time. It makes me wonder what exactly is going on with the billing there. Can’t say I am surprised to find out they are not accredited by the BBB.

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. First off - Dr. Mandy Warthan was an HOUR late to my appointment. She didn't apologize when she entered my room. She said it was "up to her discretion on how much Botox she used and that it was $318 per area". I had NO idea that between the brows was an area. I guess she makes her own rules up as she goes. Forehead and eyes was my request. At $318 per area, the doctor can basically decide if she's charging you $318 for 15 units or 30! Not acceptable. Against my better judgement I let her inject me. I was waiting for her to ice me or have me scrunch my face to show my lines but she never did. Before I knew it she was jabbing my face! I should have stopped her after the first jab. After 10 minutes of jabbing and bleeding I was given a bill for $954. I have never paid over $650 for Botox - and I've had it done in places like LA and Chicago. I asked her how many units she used and she couldn't tell me. About an hour after the procedure I began to… bruise around my right eye and all over my forehead. (I have photos) I called the office to discuss my concerns and also to ask why they didn't take my Brilliant Distinction rewards. Dr. Mandy would not return my calls. A week later her sister called me to tell me there was nothing she could do and it is what it is. No apology for her sister Mandy's behavior. I am out $954, I have a bruised face, my eyebrows are uneven and I have no Brilliant Distinction points. They claim they do free touch ups. Why would I allow anyone at that office to touch my face again?! I hope whoever is reading this doesn't either!

on top of crapy service, do not go here!! the doctor will charge your insurance company for test / services that were not performed. also if you used a credit / debit card they will add more charges months after you have seen them. so if you have gone here keep an eye on your insurance claims and your credit / debit card Bill's. after talking with the people on the phone they said that dr mandy is notorious on doing that. so beware on going to this practice.

This office has steadily gone downhill over the past 5-6 years. Doctors are cold and spend very little time. Staff are BEYOND rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by being there. Lyndsey McCauley was the reason we stayed, but just fail to see any redeeming reasons to continue now that shes gone and staff are constantly sassy and rude!

Rude communication by office personnel, hardly any communication by Dr. Warthan; she comes into the room, hardly speaks, and before you know it, really after just a minute or so, she is gone and there is no way you have the opportunity to ask a question. As a patient just for a normal check up, you feel you are only there to pay the bill,m no service offered. Needless to say, that I of any of my family members will go there again.

Worst visit I have ever had with a Dr no communication from Dr or PA to patients. Rude office personal do not know what is going on. Office had dusty vents and stiched after removal of tissue was non professional. Will have a scar that looks like someone chewed on my arm.

Dr Mandy Warthan is the worst dr. I ever had. I had rash on my skin. She opened the door and came in . She stood up by the door and ask me what is the problem ?. I told her I have rash on my skin , she said ok, NO examination . Not even bother to see the rash, then she left the room. I do not recommend this kind of drs to anyone.

Avoid this practice at all costs. Terrible "care" from the Doctor. All they are concerned with is how much money they can get out of you. They lie; told me they could not remove more than 2 suspect spots per visit yet my insurance said that was not true. They only state that because their rate goes down after two removals. So they want you to come back for another copay/visit. Dr spent less than five minutes with me and barely said two words. They had left me sitting unclothed in a very cold room for over 30 minutes before I was graced with this five minute "drive-by" consultation. They overcharge by 200% on items such as Polysporin, which they will insist you buy from them. They make you pay a 50% deposit for any out of pocket future appointments. Thankfully I did only have the two spots there as now I am left with very discoloured skin and still have discomfort after two months! When I requested my records be sent to another Dr's office, they claimed they never received my… authorization papers, which had been faxed and then mailed to them. Then they stated it would take a week to send them and cost me $25. If you care about your health AND your wallet, seek another Dermatologist.

DO NOT waste your time.

Dr Warthan was supposed to remove several warts from my daughter. We tried to tell the nurse that she missed one, but she said no she had frozen it. We went back a few days later to show the doctor that she had indeed missed one. She said we would have to pay for another visit even though it was her mistake. When I questioned this she left and sent in her finance person who said they had to charge me again even though I had already paid for ALL warts to be removed and they missed one.
