One of the best doctors I have ever been too. He is honest, to-the-point, & no nonsense. If you are looking for a shoulder to cry on this is not the physician for you. However if you need to know what you have, how to fix it, and no b.s. in between this is the guy. I was misdiagnosed by 2 different physicians in a span of 1 week with travelers diarrhea. I finally ended up in the ER and Dr. Nguyen told me I have inflammatory bowel disease and sent me to a gastroenterologist. After my colonoscopy I found out I have Crohns disease.

This doctor obviously never had a class in professionalism. He is extremely arrogant, condescending, and unhelpful. Went to see him for a rash that could possibly be Lyme disease and he gave no diagnosis, ran no tests, and gave half of a treatment. What is the point of giving half of a treatment? A knowledgeable doctor would know either I don't need antibiotics because the rash is not bacterial, or it is bacterial and he is setting up a scenario for antibiotic resistance and rendering the treatment useless because it's only half of the treatment anyway! Didn't even introduce himself when he walked in the room, spoke down to us, and then said at the end "you can search on the internet all day and convince yourself of having something." Some of us are actually also in health care, and that being said, know people who have worked with him and can also attest that he sincerely does not care about his patients and does not care how he treats them. Would not recommend.
