Dr. Manhong Ma, MD

. I just happen to call the office at 2:30 after noon to fine out when my appointment is & they said “ today at 2:45” & I said well that’s in 15 min ! How come no one called for reminder & when they checked , they had wrong number. So after getting the right number, they said still come no worries . I reached to office at 2:55 & my appointment was at 2:45 - that’s 10 min late because they had wrong number, not my fault or theirs . At the office they refused to take me that day & said , I was late - I told them “ well you know you had the wrong number & I didn’t even know I had the appointment today & I myself happen to call & still you said we are ok , still come . So how come after Driving here , now your say no . That’s very very rude & unprofessional. They wanted to reschedule. But I said , you done desert me to be seen here at this office . There is plenty of professional Dermatologist out there with much better staff

Twice I had to reschedule due to an illness with my mom. Staff was accomodating , understanding and gave me appointments within a few days of original appointments.
