Dr. Gera is an excellent physician. Very pleasant and caring about his patients. Unfortunately, he has a very poor staff. They do not relay messages or follow up. The receptionist is particularly awful. Always very rude and unpleasant.

Dr. Gera knows what he is talking about. I love the fact that he tells you exactly what is going on, what to expect next and that he speaks in terms that I understand. He goes over every detail of your test results. I have asked for a copy of my results and he gave them right to me I didn't feel like he was looking down on me for asking for them. I have had dr.'s in the past tell me no for requesting a copy of my results. Dr. Gera and his staff are a breath of fresh air when it comes to seeing a specialist. Thank you all for such wonderful care in such a hard time. You really do make it much easier to cope with.
