Wonderful rheumatologist and human being! Really listens and problem solves. Explains everything so well. Great office too.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Manish Jain of Ravenswood Rheumatology for 4 months. Worst mistake I’ve ever made. He looks at his cell phone when he’s supposed to be listening to you. I’ve had Rheumatoid Arthritis for about 15 years. I choose him simply because I chose HMO for 2023, another mistake. I now have PPO and changed doctors. He ran every test under the sun for some reason. Follow-up visit comes and he never addresses the test results. What he does address is that I actually might not have RA and that I might have another form of arthritis. I original doctor was from Northwestern Hospital, so his opinion is less important to me. I’m back at Northwestern. He also recommended these new meds, current meds have been working fine. Then there is his office and staff. They NEVER answer the phone when you call, you have to leave a message. Staff is not friendly. Billing, claims were not paid because they were submitted incorrectly by the office. My recommendation, stay away from this… practice.
