Dr Shah is an excellent doctor, and he has an excellent office staff. He’s compassionate personable, caring, and explained my options. Well for my treatment. He also spoke to my family in the same manner which I greatly appreciate as we were all nervous. I would not trust my health or my family‘s health in another doctor’s hands . He is truly a five star doctor.

This review was prepared shortly after my first meeting with Dr. Shah. When one of my Weill Cornell doctors referred me to Dr. Manish A. Shah, I was pleased to discover that he had received 129 reviews on Google, with patients awarding him a rating of 4.9 stars out of 5. When my wife and I recently met with him it quickly became clear why he received such high patient ratings. He presents himself calmly and authoritatively, engendering an immediate sense of trust and respect. He clearly and confidently explained his understanding of my health issue as well as his recommended approach to a solution. He also patiently listened and responded to our questions. My wife and I are looking forward to working with Dr. Shah and the team of professionals he has assembled to treat my medical issue. Follow-up Review ... Five Months Later (April 2026) My highest expectations of working with Dr. Shah after our first consult meeting in November 2025 have been exceeded as I underwent a series of… chemotherapy treatment sessions at Weill Cornell under his direction. Our frequent visitations during my treatment period have validated his commitment to my success. Dr. Shah is an excellent listener, and provided clear and succinct explanations to my questions... in plain English. Importantly, he exhibited patience and understanding with my never-ending stream of questions. Of critical importance, Dr. Shah has assembled an excellent and highly dedicated professional staff including a Nurse Practitioner, Nurse and "relentless" Senior Administrative Assistant plus a team of nurses and technicians to support my chemotherapy session scheduling and treatments. Overall -- and dare I say -- I surprisingly found the overall chemotherapy treatment experience very educational, pleasant and seamless. My treatment regimen also involved simultaneous radiation treatments which were overseen by radiation oncologist Dr. Higinia Cardenes, also of Weill Cornell Medicine. Both of my oncology doctors worked extremely well together practicing their respective disciplines -- oncology chemotherapy and oncology radiology -- and I would highly recommend this team of professionals at Weill-Cornell Medicine / New York Presbyterian Hospital.

What has been the most stressful situation in my life and that of my wife, Dr. Shah showed absolute professionalism, genuine concern and empathy, and his credentials which led us to him speak on their own. Starting my journey on Monday under his guidance and could not possibly be any more confident.

Dr. Shah has been amazing in treating my cancer. I trust him in everything he does. Hilary is also incredible, they communicate with me endlessly though out my whole journey. I feel very lucky and blessed to have them as my medical team. It’s a tough time in my life and they take a lot of the stress away.
