"I have to wait for 75 mins for a wellness check and Doctor never turned up. I have to go and check the nurse practitioner couple of times and stiil no response. Finally when he came up and he never apologized for the delay. I asked him for reason for delay of 75 mins and asked him please address this in future as i cant wait 75 mins for visit. He said he cant do much and this is what you expect here and asked if you still wanted to be treated. I argued him your response is very unfair and he said i cant treat you and you can leave. Extremely Unprofessional, Very Rude, Unapologetic for making the patient wait and he also said at the end dont comeback. He should be removed from practicing medicine."

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah's for several years. He and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Shah listens to his patients and is very compassionate. It is evident that Dr. Shah and his staff truly care.

Always waiting an hour - hour and a half. All about money. Usually see the nurse practitioner instead of the doctor.

The office staff is horroble.

I have gone to Doctor Shah for several years, and Doctor Shah, nurse Tracy Green, and staff are wonderful. They show courtesy, compassion and give undivided attention to their patients. I have been to many doctors in my lifetime, and have never experienced a more caring atmosphere.

I will never return to this office. Office staff cannot give you any clear answers on my patient questions or billing. It looks like they are all untrained and unprofessional. They have personal conversations that can be heard from the rooms and are unprofessional in behavior. One of the worse offices I have been to in 20 years

My children had a good experience with the PA who works with Dr. Shah- but when I tried to make an appointment was told that new policy is that the receptionist is told she cannot make appointments for new patients until after Dr. Shah reviews their completed paperwork. I WASNT ALLOWED TO EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT until AFTER my PAPERWORK was REVIEWED! That should be illegal! He is obviously pre-screening patients. When I became upset and asked to speak with the Dr. I was assured the Dr. or Office manager would call me back. That was 5 days ago! I will be pulling the records for my entire family and finding a physician who cares more about the patient than their pre-screened paperwork

Dr Shah is great. He always makes time for our appointments. He always spends time in the room answering all my questions. My son and daughter are so blessed to have such a great doctor.

Very smart doctor who takes lots of time with his patients. Excellent doctor.
