Dr. Manisha Chaturvedi, MD

6 months ago I had lab results come back abnormal. When I called Dr. Chaturvedi’s office to have her look at the results the nurse called me back and told me the doctor wasn’t concerned since I am young and healthy. Two weeks ago I went in for an appointment and asked a question that caused her to look up my previous labs. Instantly the mood in the room changed and she became worried. She told me one of my abnormal results often coincides with blood cancers. She kept apologizing over and over again that she missed it 6 months ago (even though I called questioning it). She kept saying how this number is really scaring her and “sorry, I’m probably scaring you” and “I can’t believe I missed this”. She instantly ran more tests. Had this come back as cancer she would have caused a SIX month delay in my care/treatment. This is my third bad experience in her office. Being a nurse with Aurora I want to make sure this isn’t happening to more patients. I have tried to contact the manager twice… and still have not heard back. I’m never going back to this office.

Not too impressed with her. Very negative approach. She doesn’t follow thru on prescriptions renewals. Need to all her to get renewal. Looking for a new doctor

This doctor is extremely rude. It was my first time seeing her and she had nothing but negative things to say about my prior doctor, who I had been with for the past 35 years. She also had to desire to get to know me as a person. She treated me like a number and basically spent the time telling me what I needed to do and what here rules were. She made it seem like it was a priveledge to see her and that I was not worthy to be one of her patients. I am a full-time teacher with a MS in Education and spent years working as a Pharmacy Technician There is no way that I would be able to trust her to look out for my best interests.

She had an answer to all of my questions without having to do any research...I found her wise beyond her years!

Dr. Chaturvedi is one of the kindest doctors I have ever encountered. She has given me excellent medical care in the past and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a physician.
