Worst healthcare provider experience of my life. We scheduled a home sleep study during the week. I got the equipment and tried to sleep with it on. At midnight i gave up, took it off, and went to sleep. (I wake at 5:30 for work) I called them in the morning told them of my difficulties, returned the equipment and rescheduled for a weekend. So we got the sleep study done on a weekend. Consulted with the Dr and was told i had sleep apnea. The only option given to me was a CPAP therapy. Received the CPAP Machine and soon found out I'm CPAP intolerant. Called them and told them about my issues with the machine. They wanted me to meet with the Dr again. When I met with the Dr she tried a different mask and changed some settings to no avail. I requested a referal to a dentist as she had made me aware that day a dental appliance would be effective for me. I returned the CPAP that day. The next day I recieved the bill. They charged me for 2 sleep studies, although only one was completed.… I could understand cahrging me some nominal fee for having the equipment for 24 hours but not charging the full amount. I called the office and was told the bill was correct, my insurance had been billed, and money applied to my deductible. Frustrated I asked when I could expect to see reimbursement for my out of pocket expense for the returned CPAP. Only then I was informed that it was nonrefundable. Long story short. I'm out $500 of my own money. Lord only knows how much my insurance company paid them. I own a CPAP that is completely useless to me and am no closer to solving my sleep apnea issue. This place is a rip off.

The Dr.'s Billing Staff and Practices stick!

Excellent sleep doc, very good manners and knowledge and takes time to explain treatment to us, and helped me get over my sleep apnea problem, made world of difference, I can actually function in the day now...
