Staff professional and friendly. Dr. Panah is an excellent MD. Diagnosis what other Drs. overlook.

I would not recommend this doctor. although her staff is great, she has no bedside manner, she handles way too many patients and can't remember when she diagnoses and or prescribes or takes away medicine. In the more than four years of going to her my problems have increased instead of decreased and the last time I was in just a few weeks ago, she couldn't remember taking me off all my medicines to re add because the medicines caused me to throw up constantly. she never re added the medicines and when I went in she yelled at me telling me she didn't stop the medication. why would I stop medication myself if it is life threatening? Many people I know who were going to her have stopped seeing her because of similar problems.

My first visit was ok. 1 hour wait in waiting room then 20 minutes in the exam room. She was very curt and very condescending to me. I made a follow up appointment for yesterday. I waited for 1 hour and 45mins in the waiting room then another half hour in the exam room before I had to leave for another doctors appointment. The office staff wanted me to reschedule, which I refused and then demanded my co-pay! I called my insurance carrier this morning and they already had a claim for yesterday! Not returning to her office.
