I have never had a doctor and his staff tell you they would do something and not do it. They did it 3 times! Wait time on the phone takes about 10 minutes, it was 11 minutes today. I had to go to the office twice to get them to do what they said they would do and have made about eight phone calls. The end result is that they delayed me getting a bipap machine before I left for two months. This is not a practice where the patient comes first!

I would recommend him to young and old. My grand daughter , who is 16, liked him also.
