I've been seeing Dr. Goetzl for 3-4 yrs now. He's performed multiple surgeries to remove kidney stones and/or stent placement. I had an urgent/emergency need for a urologist & Dr. Goetzl was the first available at PSC. He's been stuck w/ me ever since! Could not ask for a better doctor w/ wonderful bedside manners, vast knowledge, & always listens to MY concerns/questions. He is thorough, but not over-excessive! Ultimate help & healing comes from the Lord, & in my Lord I put my trust, but He uses doctors too! I am thankful for Dr. Goetzl & am very comfortable w/ him! Love him & his secretary, Blair!

He is a primadonna, self-centered and difficult to work with.

The best doctor that I have across during my lifetime I moved to Pinehurst North Carolina from Washington D.C. after retiring from the army and was looking for a doctor due to an emergency health issue and since I have been seeing Dr. Goetzl I have been getting better and better and his demeanor is kindness and care making you feel that you are in good hands and he is a blessing from GOD

My experience was driven by an ER visit. Dr. Goetzl was one of many professionals who helped me with my care at FirstHealth. Dr. Goetzl was the urologist who drove my care; he was very communicative and clear on my issues were and how they should be treated. Dr. Goetzl's solutions to my pain resolved it and prevented further complications. I still need follow-up in my home town, but I am thankful for the quality of the professional medical services and the bedside manner that Dr. Goetzl provided me with. I'd be very lucky to be cared for as well at home. I needed some additional details regarding my care once I got home which Dr. Goetzl provided for me.

This doctor is OK not great, not bad, but his nurse/secratary is abrupt to the point of rudeness. Pinehurst surgical has grown so much over the years and has so many patients that they have lost touch with us. They forget that we pay their wages not the other way round. l will now be travelling 35 miles to see someone else who actually cares.
