Dr Kumar is an excellent doctor. Takes time, explains well, answers questions clearly, provides very good care, well versed in his profession and is a real gentleman. His staff is generally very kind, friendly and helpful, except for Cheryl who thinks she's the doctor, denied my husband an appointment without a referral, which is not required. I got word to Dr Kumar who immediately saw my husband, the next day, a Saturday at 9:00AM

Save your time and make an appointment elsewhere. The staff is (Cheryl) is extremely rude. I arrived for my 1:45 PM appointment and the door was locked. When I called the office, I was told, that the office never makes appointments that late on Fridays and that I had the wrong time, and "of course he left." The message I was given 24 hours earlier confirmed the 1:45 PM time. The service was extremely poor. This staff member demonstrated a very low level of service and reflects badly on the type of practice Dr. Kumar operates.
