he always seemed rushed and reads his notes while in room with you, not prior. will 'punish you' by making you wait at least 45 minutes if HE feels you are late-very poor receptionist /lab communication-they did not tell him I was 5 minutes early, even for his appointment.& that the clerk forgot about me & that the lab was backed up causing the delay. some nurses were kind some were very thoughtless& uncaring about your privacy-told no lab toilet & was made to walk thru main lobby with jar of urine. didn't close privacy curtain for a woman with a breast port... general unclean atmosphere-clerk picking face another playing with hair-some patients have immunity issues and need a cleaner environment...would not recommend this place or him to anyone.

I did not like his manner. His notes on my visit said I was there for a routine follow-up, but I actually went to him as a first visit because my regular hematologist was not available. He acted like he had not even reviewed my chart before he saw me. I arrived on time, but the lab was backed up. By the time he saw me, 10 minutes past my appointment time, he remarked on my being late for the appointment. I explained that I was there on time, but he acted surprised that the lab would hold me up. At the end of the visit, he again brought up the subject of being on time by saying if I am to be his patient, I must be on time. Most importantly, my diagnosis was made years ago, but he didn't refer to it and did not test me for the reason I was there. He misstated my diagnosis.

I found Dr. Magno to be extremely kind. I always felt that Dr. Magno was knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone.

Very kind and understanding. He did not treat me like he was better than me. Drew blood and we are hoping to find the problem very soon. I have a lot of faith in him that he is going to help me with my condition. Glad I chose him. Highly recommended.

I found him rather offensive and condescending.

I always found Dr. Magno to be cordial and thorough, and despite my original diagnosis by others, I am still alive 12 years later!! There are not enough words to thank Dr. Magno! My son has cancer now, though and I wish we were still in Michigan so he could see Dr. Magno!

Not only does Dr. Magno listen to you in a unhurried manner, but he will check information or look up information for you on his hand carried Blackberry while talking with you. He is honest and caring. I trust him.
