Dr. Mantique Johnson, DDS

Not good: I went to this Dentist today and after the Dentist, Mantique Johnson, looked at my teeth, he said "your teeth look good". He then sent someone to tell me that I could not get a regular cleaning..I needed a deep cleaning for over $100 out of pocket. So how do my teeth look good, but I need a deep cleaning? No explanation from them at all. I said nope..walked out and will never be back. He saw that my insurance covered everything and wanted more money. That's not how you develop an ongoing relationship with a client.

Depending on what I'm having done, I can be a bad patient. I had my Wisdom Tooth extracted and Dr Johnson and his staff did an awesome job. It was all done less than 10 mins. I definitely recommand Dr Johnson

Dr. Johnson hardly spoke and exhibited a poor bedside manner during my daughter's teeth extractions. He failed to give the correct prescription and was not very helpful when speaking with the pharmacist about it. Finally, he did not contact the patient one time to confirm that she was recovering well at home (nor did any staff member from the office). Unacceptable! I would not recommend Dr. Johnson.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. This guy is a disaster. I was under his care for about a year. Misdiagnoses then blames on the patient! And then makes repeated mistakes and blames it on the patient. A class act for sure. I would avoid at all costs.

I thought this was a really nice guy.

This was my third time seeing Dr. Johnson and each time was a pleasant experience. He is very nice and respectful towards his staff and patients. I will see him again for my next appointments and would recommend his services.
